If you would like to return an item that is in like-new condition with original packaging, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who place orders by phone must review their paid invoice or receipt for accuracy within 24 hours.

If you return an item with a restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund. If the item was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund as well.

RETURN POLICY

  • Item must not be assembled.
  • Item must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears, cracks, etc.
  • The item must be unused.
  • All parts, hardware, instructions, warranty, book, thermometer, etc., must be included.
  • The item must be in its original packaging. This includes the crate, box, or carton in which it came in, wrap, protection, or sleeve supplied by the manufacturer.

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Custom orders
  • Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc…
  • Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way.
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Any item not accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Any item that is not in the original crate with sufficient packaging materials.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To begin the return process, please call us at (800) 516 5716 to speak with one of our friendly staff members who will help you with acquiring a Return Authorization (RA).number and return instructions.

You will have 30 days in which to return the product from the date that you receive a return approval. After 30 days, the Return Authorization (RA).will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given.

In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, we will inform you via email or phone that the item was received damaged and hold the product for up to 30 days. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct us concerning what to do with the damaged product.

Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin.

Customers will be refunded via check, which will be typically issued within 14 business days of final approval.

Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.

RESTOCKING FEE

There will be a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Any items returned without a return authorization (RA) will be refused and returned. Returns received 30 days after the RA is issued will incur an additional 20% restocking fee.

LOCAL CODES

Before making a purchase, you should check all local codes to make sure your purchase will meet with local standards and can be installed. We are not responsible for knowing the specifics of your local codes and we will not be responsible for returns based on these issues.
