Watch Ciro Salvo Cook in Our Pizza Oven

Check out this great video of Ciro Salvo cooking a pizza in one of our ovens… the master at work!

The stars of this video are: Italy’s most famous pizza maker Ciro Salvo and our Chef 80 wood fired oven.

The celebrated third-generation pizzaiolo Ciro Salvo got his start in his family’s pizzeria in Neaples almost three decades ago.  His pizza dough recipe is a product of years of research, and the result is some of the best pizza in Italy.

The video shows how Ciro bakes pizza in less than a minute in a hot Chef 80 oven.  Hope you enjoy watching as much as we do!

Buon appetito!
